In 2007, I started my own business in the medical field. We started producing medical supplements,
which were recommended from doctors directly to their patients. In the medical field, hyaluronic acid has been very popular for the last 40 years, and hyaluronic acid is the ingredient that is at the core of our company, hyapur®. In 2009, we began to also use it in the cosmetic area.
Q. What inspired you to start your company and create your brand?

Q. What makes your brand different from other beauty brands?
Ingredients first—not marketing first. I think that describes it very well. The standing of our brand today and the success, due to our satisfied customers, are based on our very unique products and the way we work. And of course, we also love what we do and we treat our customers in a way we want to be treated.
Q. What is your most unique product, and why?
The hyapur® Pure Hyaluronic Intense Serum. The sole ingredients are: water, hyaluronic acid, and silver. Because of this pureness, you can use it as a supplement for any skin type, in combination with any other products you already have in a professional spa and at home.
Q. Without giving away too many of your secrets (smile)—what do you anticipate your growth to be next year, and what is your direction for the future of the brand?
We had a very good year in 2017, and 2018 looks even better. We want to “conquer” the US market because at the moment we are growing very fast in other countries, too.
Q. Finally, what gets you out of bed in the morning—what is your daily motivation?
Over the past few years, my babies have kept me awake. Now, I have to bring my three kids to school and kindergarten 😉 My daily motivation at work is to work with my valued colleagues to surprise, inspire, and satisfy our business partners and customers.
