Associate Professor Jane Sherwin-Ball is the Director of Development in the Reakgona Handicap Center. Her study focuses on promoting employment for people who have developmental disabilities and learning disabilities, throughout instruction and professional improvement. Jane has more than 25 years experience in the development area with initially trained as a growth nurse. She is Principal Research Fellow in the Waikato University School of Health Care, where she lectures and conducts research on disability issues. She has also spent several years as an educational adviser specializing in disability support services provision and education.
